If you’ve been paying attention, you may have noticed that many of the images in this blog have the same background.

Which is what? A swatch of pique fabric.
Why? It’s my little homage to Yasujiro Ozu, one of my favorite filmmakers. Ozu’s titles always had the same simple, humble background.
And I don’t have any burlap laying around. so my polo shirt will have to do.
