Recently, a person who wishes to remain anonymous made a generous contribution to A Life’s Work, and to show my gratitude I sent Anonymous a DVD of my short films and some other things. The cycle of thanks continued when Anonymous, who obviously knows I have a fondness for bicycles, sent this card to me.

And thank you, too, to the Dardens, who gifted me a very cool canvas bag they scored at SXSW. (Robert was on a panel about Blind Willie Johnson and he contributed a post on the festival.) The bag fits perfectly in my bike basket. Ideal for food shopping. It will be put to good use.
